Cramps ( period pains)

Sometimes you may get a little ache down below in your stomach at the start of your period.
A little bit of exercise may help but if the pain is too bad why not cuddle up to your hot water bottle and take a nap or go run a nice bath and have a long soak, maybe pop on a face mask whilst your are in there!
keeping hydrated will Help with cramps aswell... keep Drinking that water!
